This refund and order cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel your order or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform.

REFUND

In case of any refunds approved by Merchindoffara pvt ltd, we will try to refund your money as soon as possible. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not . If approved , you 'ill be automatically refunded on your original payment method with in 10 business days . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. ORDER CANCELLATION

Order Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 2days of placing the order.  If the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them,  or the product is out for delivery,  cancellation requests may not be entertained in this situation . In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at you doorstep.
