Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy. Which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return . To be eligible for return , you must have a video proof while opening the package and item must be in the same condition that you received it , unworn or unused , with tags , and in its original packing. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase .

We offer refund / exchange the products, that you purchased from our platform. You should inform us about your return of the product within first 7 days from the date of your purchase. . In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange, (i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, (ii) the item must have its original packaging, (iii) if the item that you purchased on 'Exchange Only sale', then  such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged. You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase. For exchange / return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned product / item is received and inspected by us, we will initiate dispatch of product /item as soon as possible to you, in accordance with our policies.
If the product or item stock is not available  for 7 days, we will initiate refund of your money as soon as possible. However in some situations refund may take up to 14 days.

REFUND

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not . If approved , you 'ill be automatically refunded on your original payment method with in 10 business days . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
